Order & Payment

Currently, we offer the following payment methods:

Payment and data transmission are encrypted and secure. Additionally, your online banking login details (e.g., PIN) and confirmation codes are never stored. They are not visible to the merchant or any third parties at any time.

Browse our shop and add the items you would like to purchase to the shopping cart. Then you can click on the shopping cart icon at the top right to get an overview of your selected products. Here you can also change the quantity. With a click on "Checkout" you will proceed to the checkout and can choose from one of the available payment methods.

If you have a voucher, you can redeem it at checkout in the VOUCHER field. The discount or amount will be automatically applied to your order.

If you have a voucher that cannot be activated, please send us an email at info@vitalove.ch with your voucher code.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within Switzerland is free for orders over 65.- CHF. For orders under 65.- CHF, a flat shipping fee of 7.00.- CHF applies.

The products are stored in our warehouse in Thurgau and ready for immediate shipment. Your order will be shipped via Swiss Post.Usually, the goods should arrive within 2-3 business days.

Yes, as soon as we hand over your package to Swiss Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking code. This allows you to track the status of your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

If you have placed an order by mistake, we can of course cancel it. Please note that cancellation of your order is only possible as long as your goods have not yet left the warehouse. Simply contact us via info@vitalove.ch or by phone at 058 510 94 14 (Mon-Fri 10am-5pm).

Item Return:

If you decide to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the products must be unopened and in their original packaging.

If you have received incorrect or damaged items, please send us a photo of the goods to info@vitalove.ch. We will then review the situation and send you a return label to return the products to us free of charge.

Refund:

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and has been inspected, we will refund your money within a few days.
