Ordering & Payment
We currently offer the following payment methods:

Payments and data transmission are encrypted and secure. Furthermore, your online banking login details (e.g. PIN) and confirmation codes are never stored. They are also never visible to the retailer or any other third parties at any time.
Browse our shop and add the items you’d like to buy to your basket. You can then click on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner to view an overview of your selected products. Here, you can also adjust the quantity. Click on ‘Checkout’ to proceed to the checkout page, where you can select one of the available payment methods.

If you have a voucher, you can redeem it at checkout in the VOUCHER field. The discount or amount will be automatically applied to your order.
If you have a voucher that won’t work, please email us at info@vitalove.ch with your voucher code.
Postage & Delivery
Delivery within Switzerland is free for orders totalling 89.- CHF or more. For orders under 89.- CHF, a flat-rate delivery charge of 7.00.- CHF applies.
The products are in stock at our warehouse in Thurgau and ready for immediate dispatch. Your order will be dispatched via Swiss Post. The goods should usually arrive within 2–3 working days.
Yes, as soon as we have handed your parcel over to Swiss Post, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email with a tracking code. You can use this to track the status of your parcel.
Returns & Refunds
If you have placed an order in error, we can of course cancel it. Please note that cancelling your order is only possible as long as your goods have not yet left the warehouse. Simply contact us via info@vitalove.ch or by telephone on 058 510 94 14 (Mon–Fri 10 am–5 pm).
Returning items:
If you decide to return an item, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
If you have received incorrect or damaged items, please send us a photo of the goods to info@vitalove.ch. We will then assess the situation and send you a returns label so that you can return the products to us free of charge.
Refund:
As soon as your return has been received and checked at our warehouse, we will refund your money within a few days.
