Krill Oil Softgel Capsules (100% Lipid Extract) - 100 Softgels
Ingredient: Astaxanthin
It owes its unique red colour to ‘astaxanthin’, a naturally occurring antioxidant. Due to its ability to mix with water, it is well tolerated and can be optimally processed by the body. As well as from animal sources, the nutrients in krill oil can also be obtained from algae, on which krill feed.

We offer this high-quality krill oil in capsule form. The small gelatine softgel capsules are easy to take and leave no fishy aftertaste. They are both lactose- and gluten-free and contain no colourings or artificial stabilisers. The bottles are available in packs of 60 or 120 softgel capsules. The maximum daily dose is 2 capsules of 2000 mg each.
Advantages and disadvantages of krill oil capsules
The capsule form allows the oil to take effect quickly and easily in the body. The fatty acids, which are otherwise difficult to obtain through diet alone, can be optimally dosed and taken via the capsules. No special storage conditions are required.
One disadvantage is that, due to its animal origin, krill oil cannot be produced in a vegetarian or vegan form. Similarly, our softgel capsules contain animal-derived gelatine. Without this ingredient, it would unfortunately not be possible to take the product in such a simple and convenient way.
Furthermore, the gelatine prevents excessive oxidation of the oil, thereby ensuring a longer shelf life for the capsules. We are committed to environmentally conscious and sustainable manufacturing processes.
Krill oil should not be taken by anyone with a hypersensitivity to crustaceans, seafood or fish.

Krill oil capsules contain high amounts of Omega 3. Omega 3 fatty acids are an important component of the human body. For easier intake, we recommend our softgel capsules.
Krill oil is an oil made from small crustaceans. Since the Antarctic crustacean feeds on algae, krill oil provides valuable omega-3 fatty acids such as EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
A dark and dry storage at room temperature below 25 degrees is recommended. Due to the dark material of the storage container, light-protected storage is automatically ensured. When stored in the refrigerator, the oil may crystallize and become cloudy. Please keep out of reach of small children.
