Our alkaline bath consists of 100% pure sodium bicarbonate and is ideal for full baths, sitz baths and foot baths. With its alkaline pH value of 8.5, it supports gentle body relaxation and can contribute to a healthy, even and rosy-looking complexion.

Ingredients: Sodium bicarbonate

Recommended dosage:

  • Full bath: 2.5 capfuls
  • Sitz bath: 1.5 capfuls
  • Foot bath: 1 capful, with water up to the calves

Directions for use:

  • Water temperature: approx. 35°C, not warmer
  • Full and sitz bath: minimum bathing time 60 minutes
  • Foot baths: 3-7 times per week, add 1 capful to the tub and bathe feet for 20-30 minutes.

For a full bath, you need 2.5 closure caps, for a sitz bath 1.5 closure caps, and for a foot bath 1 closure cap. The foot bath water level should reach up to the calves.
For full and sitz baths, a minimum bathing time of 60 minutes is recommended. Foot baths should last 20–30 minutes and can be used 3–7 times per week.
