Easy to use

For daily consumption, dissolve 500 mg of powder (equivalent to one included measuring spoon) in approx. 200 ml of still water. Alternatively, the powder can also be stirred into muesli or smoothies for individual use. To avoid clumping, it is recommended to first stir the powder with about 2 tablespoons of warm water using a fork.
