Our Vitamin B12 drops combine the bioactive forms methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin, two highly effective forms that the body can use directly. This B12 is obtained by fermentation from plant-based substances and is highly bioavailable.
Adenosylcobalamin is one of the two natural coenzyme forms of vitamin B12 that can be used directly by the body. This form primarily supports energy metabolism and is involved in important metabolic processes.
Methylcobalamin is the other essential form of vitamin B12 and can also be absorbed directly by the body. It is a preferred form for efficiently supporting vitamin B12 intake.
