Use & intake
The recommended daily dose is 500 mg pure shilajit resin (approx. 1/4 teaspoon).
Best taken 30 minutes after the first meal, dissolved in warm water, tea, milk or coffee. Wait briefly, then enjoy.
Tip: If the shilajit in the jar becomes a little firm, simply place the container in warm water for about 10 minutes. This makes it liquid again and easy to dose.
Storage
Do not store in the refrigerator. Store cool and dry at room temperature.
