For the classic 100 brush strokes: brush from the neck to the forehead, then back from the forehead to the neck, from ear to ear, and finally again from the forehead to the neck.

Cleaning and care: clean the brush with water and Thats me Organic care shampoo. Place it bristles-down on a towel so water can drain away. Remove hair and fluff with a comb. With good care, it can last a lifetime.
