What is D-galactose?
D-galactose is a natural simple sugar that occurs mainly as a component of milk sugar (lactose). It is already absorbed by the body through breast milk and later also through the consumption of dairy products, vegetables or fruit - but only in small amounts.
Properties and use
D-(+) galactose is obtained from whey and milk sugar. It has a fine, icing-sugar-like consistency, tastes pleasantly sweet and can be easily stirred into water, tea or other liquids.
With its mild taste, it is versatile as an ingredient in drinks, desserts or shakes.

Ingredients and origin
The product consists of more than 98% high-purity D-(+) galactose, a monosaccharide from whey. Manufactured in Italy, it offers the highest quality and purity.
Recommended intake
Stir 4 g of the powder daily into a glass of water or another drink. A practical measuring spoon is included - 4 g corresponds to 5 measuring spoons. The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.
Important notes
Not suitable for people with galactosaemia or during pregnancy.
