Our Vitamin D3 Drops provide 1,000 international units (25 µg) vitamin D3 per serving, dissolved in high-quality MCT oil from coconut for particularly good bioavailability. Ideal for daily supply of the "sunshine vitamin", especially during months with little sunlight or increased needs.

What is vitamin D3 and why is it so important?

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is the active form of vitamin D, which the body normally produces through sunlight. In our latitudes, however, sunlight is often not sufficient to meet requirements, especially in winter or when time outdoors is limited.

Vitamin D3 contributes to:

• the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function and normal teeth
• the normal function of the immune system and normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus
• normal blood calcium levels
• normal function in cell division

Vitamin K2 also belongs to the fat-soluble vitamins and is one of the naturally occurring forms of vitamin K. The so-called "bone vitamin" is just as essential for the body as vitamin D3.

Our vitamin D3 comes from high-quality lanolin (wool wax) and is dissolved in purified MCT oil from coconut. This combination is very well tolerated and supports fast absorption in the body, without additives.

MCT = medium-chain triglycerides

Recommended intake

Take 1 drop daily with or after a meal. If needed, the dosage can be adjusted, for example in consultation with a specialist.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
