Organic Barley Grass Juice Powder Vita
Like wheatgrass, barley belongs to the sweet grass family and is rightly considered a superfood thanks to its nutrient spectrum.
Cellavita barley grass comes from controlled organic cultivation in the US state of Utah.
It sprouts shortly before the barley ear and is freshly harvested after about 14 days.
Harvesting and transport take place in the early morning or evening hours so that the temperature does not rise too much due to sunlight.
Using a special low-temperature drying process, the harvested barley grass juice is dried at below 41°C.
This gentle drying process preserves the full range of color, taste, aroma and nutrients of the fresh juice, giving you pure raw-quality barley grass juice powder.
Strict raw food criteria are observed at every processing step, not only during drying but also during transport and pressing.
Cellavita organic barley grass juice powder is free from flavorings, colorants and fillers.
Like all grasses, barley grass is naturally gluten-free.

Delivery times
All products are ready to ship immediately from our CH warehouse.
Packages are handed over daily to Swiss Post from 3:00 PM.
- Orders placed by 1:00 PM are handed over to Swiss Post the same day.
