The delivery time is 1-3 business days. If an order does not arrive at the customer on a desired or communicated delivery date, claims for damages are generally excluded. For deliveries with an order value under CHF 89.-, we charge additionally:

Packages are handed over daily to Swiss Post from 3:00 PM.
